Carmen’s Pralines are free of preservatives, so it is best to enjoy your confection within two weeks of purchase; although many people consume their pralines long before that time due to the delicious creamy taste! The pralines should be kept in their cellophane bags at room temperature. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. It is normal to see opaque spots on your praline, as this indicates the sugar is beginning to recrystallize. This is a normal process and does not diminish the taste in any way.
